Document Builder is a part of the Field Service Mobile App experience that enables automatic PDF generation after a service appointment is completed. It empowers technicians to create custom-branded documents instantly-capturing all relevant data from the field.

As soon as a service appointment is completed, Document Builder can auto-generate a PDF summary or report, saving valuable time and reducing manual effort. - Customizable Templates

Set Up Document
· Enable the document builder in the field service settings.
· Please grant the following permissions to the user:
· Please add a button to create service documents on the work order.
· Click the “Create Service Document” button, then redirect to another page and click the “Create PDF” button.
Setup Document Language
· Navigate to the ‘Translation Language Settings’ in Quick Find, then access the translation language settings. Enable the Translation Workbench and click ‘Add’ to include users.
· To update the work order page layout, add the Service Report Language field to the work order.
· Select the language from the work order.
· Click the service document builder again, then click preview to see the translated format.
Create template for document builder
· To create a new template, navigate to the Document Builder and click on “New Template.”
· Please provide a label name and select an object, then click “Next.”
· Create your own document.
