Steps:

Once you have installed the Docs Made Easy app from Salesforce AppExchange, you need to follow the steps given below to integrate Salesforce with Docs Made Easy.
Step 1 : First you can initialize the setup , click on the Document Setup.
Step 2 : Click the Document Automation Wizard for creating a Object for setup & fill the details.
Step 3 : And then add the data for the query.
Step 4 : After that you can add the templates for the documents as well as email template also & click Next.
Step 5 : Now you modify your background for the document or else click next.
Step 6 : Almost done and add the button A button was created on the Work Order Object for you. To use it, add Test WO to the page layout.
Step 7 : Now, click on the Setup to move to the setup page.
Step 8 : On Object Manager, select the Object Work Order.
Step 9 : On Object Manager, select the Object Work Order.Next, click on the Button, Links, and Action & “New Button and Links” to create a new button.
Step 10 : Now, Add Name, Display type, and the Button Url
Step 11 : Click on Document Template to open it , click on new to create a Document Template.
Step 12 : Click on Document Template to open it , click on new to create a Document Template.
Step 13 : Here, click on the related list.
Step 14 : Now, click on Upload Files.
Step 15 : Next, select the file which has the template that you want. Here we have created a Template.
