Step 1:
To get started, visit the 123 Form Builder website/ Appexchange in Salesforce and sign up for an account. You can choose a plan that suits your needs, including a free trial or a paid subscription. Once registered, log in to your salesforce account to access the form builder dashboard.

Step 2:
Create a Custom Object and add required fields need to be there or based upon the need you can use standard object also 123 form builder works both on custom and standard objects

Step 6 :
Click 123 Form Builder tab Click New Form.

Step 7 :
In Left side, drag and drop the available data types need to be placed in the form.

Step 8 :
For Picklist values make sure you have given correct data as mentioned in Salesforce Object.

Step 9 :
To Map With salesforce fields click Set-up Tab.

Step 10 :
In left side Under Salesforce tab click Mapping

Step 11 :
Select the Primary object in salesforce for mapping fields.

Step 12 :
Map the Salesforce Fields with the data source created in form builder.

Step 13 :
Make sure that you have marked all the required fields mapped to data source in form builder
Click Save.

Step 14 :
Click publish
Which it helps to generate a website form link

Step 15 :
Copy the href Link and Paste it in the chrome.

Step 16 :
Fill all the given details and submit the form.

Step 17 :
Go to Salesforce | Custom object (Student info) | New Record is created.
